Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.gemandjewell.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment processing time
All loose Natural Diamond, Moissanite, and Synthetic diamond orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after your payment is received.
All Gold, Silver, and Platinum jewelry orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days after your payment is received.
(the time taken for the above shipment is due to quality checks to insure that our customers receive the best quality products.)
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays(Indian).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates:
Free shipping
In General, we provide FREE SHIPPING through EMS (India post) all over the world (domestic and international) on all products.
Upgrading shipping
Additional charges are applicable if customers want to upgrade shipping through FedEx, UPS, DHL, BLUEDART, etc. Customers should have to inform us about shipping through another carrier rather than EMS.
Insurance
If you want to secure your shipment, all items are required to be shipped with insurance. which is not included with Free Shipping. This fee is not refundable in case of returned product. Inform us if you want to do shipping with insurance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.gemandjewell.com is only responsible for any export(from India) customs, duty, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping (import) are the responsibility of the customer to pay (tariffs, taxes, customs, duties, etc.).
Back orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
