Return and refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, Customer Will Return Product Within 30 Days from The Date of Purchase.

customers must contact us before returning a product.

we provide a return number or Return Merchandise Number (RMN) or Authorised Returns Number (ARN) to customer for returning the product.

In case of a return,the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Return and Refund Exceptions:

Returns will be not accepted without a prior notice to us.

Customised product of any loose gem stones and jewellery are non-refundable.

we will not refund a product if it doesn’t meet these conditions:

  • Product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items:

items on sale are eligible for return & refunds.

 

 

Exchange (if applicable)

We only exchange(replace) items if they are defective or damaged. customers can exchange the product with same new one or ask for a refund. If customer want to exchange product with another different product, then customer have to pay price difference.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
